Boar Goats

Well, the goats are gone. For a number of reasons we needed the barn space, and we were having a difficult time being successful with the goat raising, so they are somewhere in Kansas at the farm of someone who knows what he's doing with goats. Therefore, the following information should be read in the past tense.

Are never boring, for sure!


We have been working with goats for several years, now, and this past week we had our first great-grandkid. Unfortunately, we were not there to help the new mama, so lost that kid. But we've had successes over the years, and are slowly seeing our herd grow. It would help if we didn't eat some, but that's why we raise goats! Here's a pic of a couple kids born this week, May 7, 2018. At this time, both are doing well.
